TEEKS returns to the Sydney Opera House with new music, following his Vivid LIVE 2022 debut. Born Te Karehana Gardiner-Toi, the Māori soul artist was raised with traditional waiata and kapa haka alongside Bob Marley and Sam Cooke. His 2017 EP The Grapefruit Skies received Best Māori Artist at the New Zealand Music Awards, and his 2021 debut album Something To Feel reached number one. The programme highlights his June 2026 single “My Boy”, which explores queerness and sexual identity within Polynesian and POC masculinity.
