The Greatest Hits Tour brings The Human League’s synth-pop catalogue to Australian audiences, spanning four decades of material. Founding members Philip Oakey, Joanne Catherall and Susan Ann Sulley lead the live lineup. The programme highlights songs including “Don’t You Want Me,” “(Keep Feeling) Fascination,” “Human,” “Love Action (I Believe in Love),” “The Lebanon,” “Mirror Man” and “Being Boiled.” The band’s sound is rooted in early use of computers and sequencers for rhythm and melody.
