Public Image Ltd (PiL), led by John Lydon, brings its “This Is Not… The Final PiL Tour” to Australia and New Zealand. The performance draws from the band’s catalogue, including early works such as Public Image and Metal Box. The current lineup is Lydon on vocals, Bruce Smith on drums, Lu Edmonds on guitar and Scott Firth on bass. Formed by Lydon after the Sex Pistols in 1978, PiL’s music fuses dub, rock, electronics and avant-garde experimentation.
