New York-based musician, singer and producer Sarah Kinsley performs alt-pop that moves between intimate, introspective writing and cinematic, expansive arrangements. Her lyrics are narratively driven and dreamlike, while the music ranges from hazy dream-pop to more experimental leftfield pop. Her 2024 debut album, Escaper, followed the EPs The King (2021), Cypress (2022) and Ascension (2023), exploring escape into portals and other realms through raw, experimental words and melodies. Her returning 2025 single “Fleeting” emerged from nights travelling through New York and is described as a euphoric, pulsating dance-pop song.
