LEVEL 1: Whether you’re new or need a refresher, learn Long Tail Cast On, Cast Off, Knit and Purl stitches, and basic knitting terms. Start a bracelet project and gain confidence in the fundamentals. If you're ready for more, you can try a combining knit and purl to create various textures.

$50 covers tuition, pattern and appropriate yarn.

Knitting needles - 4mm and 3.25mm

Optional: stitch markers, scissors, blunt darning needle, notebook, and pen.

A wide selection of knitting needles is available for purchase in store. Choose from new or pre-owned. You can also test drive needles from Josephine's personal toolset to see how they feel to you.

Your Tutor: With almost 60 years of experience, Josephine has extensive knowledge of knitting. She teaches knitting to others and regularly adds new techniques, patterns, and methods to her skill set.
