A Return to Your Original Nature
A small-group, interactive workshop exploring the relationship between your inherent design, health, wellbeing and personal sustainability.

SATORI EARTH | Palmwoods, Sunshine Coast

Are you caring for yourself — or just the person you've learned to be?
We can spend years being responsible adults — working, raising families, caring for others, meeting our obligations, and even diligently pursuing health and personal growth — while unknowingly neglecting something fundamental.
Our original nature. Our Soul.
“We have learned to care for the conditioned self while neglecting the original self. We can be deeply committed to personal growth, and still unknowingly starve the very thing we are trying to care for — the Soul.”
— Nic Anderson
Each of us arrives with an inherent blueprint — a unique design containing particular gifts, sensitivities, needs, natural capacities and pathways of expression.
Yet from our earliest years, these innate qualities are gradually shaped, redirected and often suppressed through family, education, culture and the systems into which we are born.
We become highly skilled at adapting to the world around us, sometimes at the expense of understanding who we actually are and what we need to thrive.
Why does this matter?
What if some of our struggles are not the result of personal inadequacy, but of living disconnected from our original design?
When significant parts of our inherent nature remain unseen, unsupported or without avenues for expression, I believe this disconnection can contribute to poor health, exhaustion, frustration, dissatisfaction and difficulties in our relationships.
We can work incredibly hard at improving ourselves while overlooking the very foundation of our health and wellbeing.
This is why I believe genuine self-care must begin with understanding the original architecture of the Soul — not simply caring for the personality we've developed to navigate the world.
Our health, wellbeing and sustainability are directly connected to how well we understand, honour and nourish our inherent nature.
And this doesn't stop with the individual. How we live and relate to ourselves influences our families, relationships, communities and the environments we collectively create.
What we'll explore in this workshop
This is a two-hour, small-group, interactive workshop, combining teaching, guided self-enquiry and group discussion.
We'll begin with a short grounding meditation to bring awareness back into the body, before exploring:
The original self and the conditioned self — understanding the distinction between your inherent Soul Personality and the personality you've developed through adaptation.
Your inherent design — recognising your natural gifts, sensitivities, capacities, needs and ways of functioning.
The consequences of disconnection — how suppressing or neglecting significant parts of ourselves can affect our vitality, health, relationships and sense of direction.
Soul Embodiment — what it means to begin organising our lives around our original nature rather than continually overriding it.
Personal sustainability — why understanding what genuinely nourishes and sustains us is fundamental to creating a healthier, more meaningful life.
There will be guided processes to help you begin reflecting on these principles in relation to your own life.
Astrology and the natal chart form one lens within my work, but this workshop is not an astrology class. They are part of a much broader framework for understanding our inherent architecture.
Nor is this a therapy or counselling session.
The intention is to give you a different framework for understanding yourself — and some practical starting points for recognising where your life may be supporting or working against your inherent design.
A continuing monthly journey
These workshops form part of an ongoing monthly series.
Each session explores and develops a different aspect of the Soul Blueprint framework, progressively building on the understanding and processes introduced in earlier workshops.
Each workshop also stands alone, so you are welcome to join at any stage.
