Heilung presents a live ritual combining warriors, elaborate costumes, incense, ancient instruments, hypnotic percussion and vocal performance. The collective draws on the sounds, traditions and spiritual practices of early civilisations, with haunting vocals, throat singing, ritual movement and visual ceremony. Founding member Kai Uwe Faust leads each ritual with an ancient prayer; vocalist Maria Franz and producer Christopher Juul are also part of the collective. Singer-songwriter Lilith Max joins the bill, bringing music shaped by dark folklore, mythology and fantasy. After a hiatus, Heilung returned to the studio in late 2026 to begin work on a fourth studio album, with new music planned for this next chapter.
