Golden Voices marks 50 years of the State Opera Chorus. Conducted by State Opera Head of Music and Chorus Master Anthony Hunt, the chorus takes centre stage in a programme celebrating its role in the company’s history. The music ranges across opera and beyond, drawing on repertoire and choruses associated with Bizet, Bernstein, Puccini, Poulenc, Verdi and Wagner. The originally scheduled Sunday 15 November performance has been rescheduled to Friday 13 November at 6:30pm; the Saturday night performance remains as scheduled.
