The Joyful Mother Movement is a gentle, welcoming space where women can reconnect with themselves through music, movement, community, and play — with babies welcome alongside them.

This is not a dance class.

It’s not a fitness class.

Just a small group of real mothers moving freely together in The Chapel at The Old Cheese Factory in Berwick.

Expect uplifting music, moments of laughter, grounding, connection, and space to simply be yourself.
