Meditation in nature - connect to the living world

Wed 21 Oct 7am - 8am

Wildbark at Mulligans Flat, Canberra

Clear and calm your mind with this mid-week reset.

Nature meditation is a mindfulness practice that uses the sights, sounds, and feelings of the outdoors to help you relax and focus on the present moment.

What to expect

We will take a short walk into the reserve for the session.

We will then sit together in nature and be guided through observation, and breathing practices, then a period of silent reflection.

We will close with an optional reflection circle and a gentle walk back.

Option to stay and share a drink or breakfast at Cafe Kodo.

Suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators

What to bring

A comfortable yoga mat, outdoor blanket, or low camp chair.

A reusable water bottle.

Layers of clothing appropriate for the day's weather.
