FOUR'S COMPANY:

At Four’s Company we are all about sharing the joy of performing in a group while challenging our members to develop their individual talents to the highest of standards.

We believe in creating opportunities for local artists and young performers to perform alongside the best Musical Directors and fellow artists in the Hawke's Bay and beyond.

Our performance choir is the main focus of our weekly rehearsals and we spend many hours learning and constantly updating our repertoire so that we remain current and exciting to our audiences when we perform throughout the community.

We have also been involved in many larger projects with other local and international arts groups in the past few years and are planning future projects all the time. Check our upcoming shows and concerts page to see what is next!

​Four’s Company was formed at the start of 2010 by a small group of like-minded people who were already working in the Performance

Arts alongside both youth and adults.

Through various connections with local schools and other theatrical groups, we were asked to put together our own organisation where we could use our broad range of skills and knowledge in music and the theatrical arts to mentor and inspire a group of eager young artists.

Our initial group consisted of 20 young people aged between 10 to 20yrs, but has since blossomed to include adults from 20 - 60+yrs who are contributing their talent and experience, further adding to the mentoring process within our organisation.

Four’s Company is now gaining quite a reputation, particularly for our production skills and ability to collaborate with other established groups in our community and other visiting New Zealand artists.

The Four’s Company team have been behind the success of many major concerts and musical theatre events in the Hawke’s Bay, organising and bringing together the very best of our local artists to create performances of the highest standards.
