Be guided through a resting, restorative and relaxing floor based yoga nidra 'yogic sleep' for 40 minutes where all you'll have to do is create your own comfortable resting space with a yoga mat, pillows and light coverings to just rest and receive. From this very blissful state, transition to your choice of a Meditative Play with Clay or a Peaceful Paint with Watercolours (all Art supplies are included).

During a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, you'll be invited to use gentle breathing and body awareness techniques as the mind remains awake and aware and receptive for a sense of calm, well-being and potential healing as well as creativity. Yoga Nidra can improve mental, physical and emotional health and wellbeing (Ref. 'Yoga Nidra: The Art of Transformational Sleep' by Kamini Desai PhD.

Anna is a registered yoga teacher with advanced training in Yoga Nidra for both children and adults. She has also trained with the Sensorimotor Institute and has postgraduate University qualifications in trauma aware education.
