In this 4-week lab, we invite you to explore the body with curiosity.

Through movement, emotion, play and exploration, we awaken the body, discover gestures, develop characters and cultivate a deeper connection with ourselves and the space around us.

Drawing from the foundations of physical theatre, mime, dance, music and movement research, we journey inward to discover what wants to emerge — and bring it into performance.
