Join Katie McGowen, Elisha Xantaya and many beautiful hearts as we connect, nourish, play and celebrate the Spring Equinox amongst the richness of community.

We’ll open through gentle humming & body harmonics, song & sound play, before flowing into Katie’s embodied dance waves, then slowing and softening into a sound medicine journey to close the session. We’ll then enjoy some beautiful herbal tea and soup together with some live music basking in the warmth of community.

The Equinox has been a potent and fertile marker on the Earth calendar for millenia. These seasonal celebrations and rituals were sacred times for all of our ancestors to give thanks for the fertility, abundance, beauty and joy of life, weaving the dream seeds of future generations and Earth.

Katie has been guiding ‘Dancing Freedom’ Conscious dance events for over a decade and combines these deeply connective experiences with her Sound medicine journeys, medicines of the plants through tea, essences and her own medicine of her genuine, warm heart and playful spirit.

Elisha is a Musician, Vocal & Energetic guide, and conduit for natures frequencies. She has been guiding individuals and communities, locally and globally, into the remembrance of our original resonance and song, in communication with the vibrational, sonic fields within and around us, to facilitate spaces of deep connection.

We are very excited to collaborate and weave these beautiful medicines with you all, where the magic of each of you co-creates the beauty and richness of this evening.
