ACE Cookery Skills Course - Budget Kitchen Masterclass

This four-week course, running one day a week, is designed to help you build practical kitchen skills that can support pathways into hospitality, catering, or food-related work. You will learn how to prepare affordable, high-quality meals using everyday ingredients while developing the core techniques used in professional kitchens. Discover how to turn everyday ingredients into delicious, impressive meals without stretching the budget.

FREE for people who are:

18 years old and above and currently not enrolled at school

South Australian residents or hold a valid work and study visa

Term 4, 2026

When: Starting 21 October and running every Wednesday for four weeks

Time: 11am - 3pm
