Emergence - Water into Wood: A Qigong Journey Winter into Spring

Wed 9 Sep 6pm - Wed 23 Sep 6:50pm

SoulSpace @SoulPod, Melbourne

There's a moment each year when the body knows spring is coming before the calendar says so.

This five-session qigong series is built around that moment, following the Taoist principle of Water moving into Wood, as winter's stillness gives way to spring's rising energy.

Each class stands alone, but together they form a single arc: from Gathering (settling, restorative) through Stirring, Rising, and Flowing, closing with Harmonise on the Spring Equinox — the one day of the year when light and dark stand in perfect balance.

Sundays are restorative and slow. Wednesdays are a gentle midweek reset, energising, but never demanding, so you can come straight from work and still leave lighter than you arrived.

No experience needed for any session.

The journey continues — and this is a beautiful place to join it

Three sessions of Emergence have passed, but you haven't missed the start of anything.

What's ahead: Flowing, & Harmonise (Spring Equinox). If you've been curious about this series, now is genuinely a great time to step in.

The Rising Arc — 3-Class Pass: $55

Flowing (16 Sep), and Harmonise (23 Sep).

Bring a Friend: $50pp

Join with a friend or family member and save together.

Prefer to drop in casually? Individual sessions remain $30 (Flowing) and $35 for the Spring Equinox.

What's included:

4 1 core sessions + 1 special Spring Equinox class
