RETURN TO MANAWA — SESSION 02

A space to put everything else down for a moment and come back to you.

Return to Manawa is an intimate 3-hour experience created for women to slow down, step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with themselves through reflection, connection and breath.

So much of our lives can be spent doing, giving, achieving and showing up for everyone around us. Somewhere amongst the roles we carry, the expectations placed on us and the stories we’ve learned to believe about ourselves, it can become easy to lose connection with who we are underneath it all.

Return to Manawa is an invitation to come back.

Throughout the experience, you will be guided through intentional self-reflection, meaningful connection with other women, journaling and a facilitated breathwork journey designed to create space to go inward and explore what you may have been carrying.

You don’t need any previous breathwork experience.

You don’t need to arrive feeling a certain way.

And you don’t need to have anything figured out.

Simply come as you are.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Your three hours will include:

• Intentional arrival + grounding

• Guided self-reflection + journaling

• Meaningful connection exercises

• Intention setting

• Facilitated breathwork journey

• Time for stillness + integration

• Your own Manawa journal to continue your reflections

This is a small, women-only experience intentionally kept intimate so that every woman has the space to feel seen, supported and comfortable throughout the session.
