Set within the grounds of Osborn House in the Southern Highlands, Fire Feast is an immersive open-fire dining experience inspired by the timeless traditions of Argentinian Asado.
Each event unfolds around flame and smoke, as our chefs cook over wood-fired embers using custom iron domes, planchas and infiernillos. This elemental style of cooking celebrates simplicity at its finest, exceptional produce, thoughtfully prepared over fire.
Designed as a long, leisurely lunch, Fire Feast invites you to slow down and settle in. Share generous dishes, enjoy a welcome drink on arrival, and experience the rhythm of the afternoon as each course is prepared and served.
The Experience

Over the course of the afternoon, enjoy a three-course feast showcasing premium meats, seasonal vegetables, and bold, fire-driven flavours. Each dish is prepared over open flame, bringing depth, character and a sense of theatre to the experience.
With a relaxed, communal atmosphere and a focus on shared dining, Fire Feast is designed for lingering, a celebration of good food, conversation and connection.

Weather & Fire Restrictions
In the event of a total fire ban, outdoor cooking will not be permitted. Should this occur, our chefs will adapt using alternative cooking methods while maintaining the integrity of the menu and overall experience.
Cancellation Policy
Fire Feast operates with a 30-day cancellation policy.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund via Humanitix.
Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable and incur a 100% cancellation fee.
