Welcome to the Weihnachtsbäckerei!

Join us for a small, hands-on afternoon of traditional German Christmas baking. With just six spots around the table, we’ll roll, shape and bake our way through three festive favourites:

Vanillekipferl – delicate almond and vanilla crescents dusted generously in vanilla sugar

Lebkuchen – soft, warmly spiced German Christmas cookies

Bethmännchen – traditional marzipan biscuits decorated with three almonds and baked until golden

German Christmas baking has always been about making plenty and sharing it around, and that’s exactly what we’ll be doing. We’ll be baking generous batches together, with each guest packing a beautiful selection to take home. The rest will become part of our Christmas Eve celebrations at The Last Supper.

You’ll also take home the recipes so you can recreate your favourites for your own Christmas celebrations.

Includes all ingredients, equipment, recipes and your take-home selection of freshly baked German Christmas cookies.

Only six places available. No fancy baking skills required, just come ready to roll, shape, bake and get a little floury.
