A Conscious Dinner celebrating Country, Culture and Collaborations from the Heart

On Tuesday 29 September, as part of the Australian Native Food Festival (ANFF), we're bringing something rare to Surry Hills: a conscious gathering around the table, a shared menu, and three of Australia's most respected First Nations' native foods leaders, cooking side by side OzHarvest chefs at the Refettorio by OzHarvest and Food For Soul.

Join us for a one-night-only Conscious Dinner celebrating Country, Culture and Collaborations from the Heart featuring Sharon Winsor (Indigiearth), Rayleen Brown (Kungkas Can Cook) and Ben Tyler (Kakadu Kitchen), hosted at Refettorio OzHarvest as part of ANFF Festival week. We're bringing people to the table not just to eat, but to listen, learn and connect with the impactful stories of Country and Culture behind the food.

Each course draws on native ingredients, stories and Culture passed through generations on Country, prepared in a kitchen built on the belief that good food shouldn't go to waste - and that everyone deserves dignity, respect, love and hope through a meal.

Seats are strictly limited. Your ticket proceeds support Indigiearth, Kungkas Can Cook and Kakadu Kitchen and Refettorio OzHarvest.

Enjoy a three-course meal co-designed by Ben, Rayleen and Sharon alongside our Refettorio chefs honouring ethically harvested native ingredients, while highlighting surplus ingredients and sustainable food systems.

Enjoy a refreshing glass of Kakadu Kitchen x OzHarvest Ventures Conscious Drink on arrival, a non-alcoholic, bright and refreshing drink made from rescued blueberries, native lemongrass, saltbush, and pepperberry.
