Let’s draw together and have a peaceful, restorative time. We’ll do a guided meditation, some quick zen art scribbles to loosen our hands and minds, go shadow hunting around the lovely Ellis House Art Centre and interpret them in any way we like.

No art experience required; this will be a small group for everyone's comfort and sharing is optional.

🌿 Charcoal and pastels will be provided

🌿 Please bring your own sketchbooks and any drawing materials you wish
