You’ve probably heard of Reiki. Maybe you’re already into it. Maybe your spiritual aunty is. Maybe that was enough for you to decide it wasn’t really your thing.

Fair enough. But what if there’s more here for you than you realised?

I’m Sarah, the energy practitioner behind Vibe Alchemy, and I’m popping up at MoveSpace for a week because I think there are some interesting overlaps between my world and yours.

In practice, people come to energy work for some pretty relatable reasons: stress, overload, carrying something emotionally, struggling to hear their own inner voice through all the noise, or straight up just feeling stuck.

And if you create, some of that might sound familiar. Creativity draws on many of the same things: sensitivity, instinct, emotional expression, and cultivating a clear enough internal space for inspiration to come through.

You don’t need to understand energy, adopt the spiritual language, or believe anything in particular to try Reiki. You can just experience it and decide what you think.
