Not only through processing, but through the varieties being planted, the microclimates being explored, and a new generation of producers asking what Yunnan coffee could become.

For Taste of Yunnan 2026, we wanted to look beyond a single idea of what “Yunnan coffee” tastes like.

So this year, 18 coffees will be presented across three tables:
