Your Heart Reset experience will include:

Spirit Cacao Ceremony

We’ll begin by sharing beautiful ceremonial cacao together, creating an intentional space to arrive, connect and open into the morning.

Gentle Breathwork

Simple, accessible breathing practices to help settle the nervous system, create space within the body and bring you into the present moment.

Yin Yoga

A slow and deeply nourishing Yin practice, allowing the body to soften and release while creating space for stillness, connection and rest.

Meditation

Time to become quiet, listen inward and reconnect with yourself.

Organic Whole Food Lunch

And to complete our morning together, we’ll share a beautiful organic whole food lunch prepared with love and intention.
