Join the families from the Stories, Songs and Dance program as they act out a play about caring for Country at the Bert Wright Park.
Celebrate First Nations stories, language, dance and songs at this short play held at the Bayswater Twilight Markets at the Bert Wright Park. Families will be acting out a story about caring for Country written by Noongar Elder Aunty Tj. They will also be accompanied by didgeridoo player Michael.
Come along to the markets, explore the stalls, enjoy free children's activities and discover the different food trucks. Then settle down for a 20 minute play performed by parents and children showcasing what they have learned from Noongar Elders Aunty Tj and Aunty Alta. throughout this special library program.
