September - Sunshine Coast Nature & Forest Bathing private walking tours

Sun 20 Sep 9am - 1pm

Hinterland Tourism Sunshine Coast, Sunshine-coast

Relax and deepen your connection with nature.

Please get in touch directly for bookings after September 2026 (details below).

Experience guided nature connection and forest bathing in some of the Sunshine Coast's most stunning and iconic wilderness areas.

Forest bathing draws on a sequence of evidence-based activities that support us to slow down, become more present and comfortable outside, exploring and deepening our relationships with nature.

We walk, we explore and we might share, spending some of the time together and some of the time solo, but always with nature.

All walks include:

Orientation to place, acknowledgement of country and sensory grounding guidance

Guided sequence of relational nature therapy practices by ANFT certified guide

Fresh herbal forest tea ritual and light snack
