We start with a guided meditation to spark the imagination and then we delve into the concept of Archetypes as our creative inspiration.

Nadia provided a spread of inspiring collage materials from natural items to recycled papers to crafty objects to spark the imagination.

Nadia is passionate about guiding others to reconnect with their innate creativity . Nadia is a yoga & meditation teacher & has a Bachelor of Visual Art ( Syd Uni), worked creatively in the film industry in makeup & special effects and now a days enjoys sharing mindful & creative workshops & retreats.
