What happens when two experienced sound practitioners create a sound journey together?
Resonant Within is an immersive live sound journey where two Sound Healing Academy practitioners and Associate Teachers weave together gongs, crystal bowls, singing bowls, guitar, drums and therapeutic instruments to create a rich, evolving soundscape.
With two practitioners responding and playing alongside one another, the sounds can overlap, interact and unfold in ways that simply aren't possible with one practitioner alone.
You may experience moments of deep resonance, gentle vibration, spacious stillness and profound relaxation as the soundscape evolves around you.
Each journey is created intuitively in the moment, so no two sessions are exactly the same.
Whether you're completely new to sound healing or returning for another journey, you're invited to slow down, step away from the busyness of everyday life, and simply rest, listen and receive.
What to Expect
We'll begin with a warm welcome, followed by gentle breathwork, grounding and a short guided meditation to help you settle into the space.
The sound journey will then unfold for approximately 75 minutes, featuring:
Gongs • Crystal Singing Bowls • Tibetan Singing Bowls • Drums • Guitar • Chimes • Therapeutic Sound Instruments
Two practitioners create an ever-changing soundscape, allowing different tones, frequencies and vibrations to weave together throughout the journey.
You may experience deep physical relaxation, a quieter mind, emotional release, or simply a sense of peace and stillness.
There is no right or wrong way to experience the journey. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow the sounds to meet you where you are.
We'll finish with quiet integration and a gentle return to the present moment.

Both Phoebe and Lou are Sound Healing Academy Certified Practitioners and Associate Teachers, bringing professional training and experience in therapeutic sound healing to this unique dual-practitioner journey.
Comfort & Practical Notes
• Mats, bolsters, blankets and eye masks are provided
• You're welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, pillow or eye mask for extra comfort
• Please wear comfortable clothing
• Bring a water bottle if desired
• Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early to settle in
Parking
No parking is available at the venue. As the venue is located on busy Jervois Road, please avoid parking there.
Free parking is available on Prosford Street, just behind the venue.
Is Sound Healing Suitable for Everyone?
Sound healing is generally a gentle experience, but it may not be suitable for everyone. If you have a condition that may make you particularly sensitive to sound or vibration, are in the first trimester of pregnancy, or have a medical device such as a pacemaker, please consult your healthcare provider before attending.

Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future event due to non-attendance. If you're unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer or on-sell your ticket to a friend or family member.
