Our chefs will guide you through the art of making soft, pillowy gnocchi from scratch, sharing traditional techniques passed down through generations. While your gnocchi is being prepared, you'll also enjoy a live pesto-making demonstration, where we'll create fresh basil pesto right in front of you using authentic Italian ingredients.
