We all experience those moments when something doesn't feel right or when we have a strong sense that something is right, even before we can explain why.

The question is: how do you know whether it's intuition, experience, emotion or overthinking?

This four-week workshop is designed for absolute beginners who want to develop greater awareness of their intuitive responses and learn how to use them in practical, everyday situations.

We'll look at how intuition can support you with:

• Decision-making and judgement

• Work and business

• Relationships and family

• Reading situations and people

• Recognising personal boundaries

• Understanding your first impressions

• Separating intuition from fear, anxiety and overthinking

• Building greater trust in yourself

You don't need to consider yourself “spiritual” or “psychic”, and no previous experience is required.

This is not an airy-fairy approach to intuition. It's about becoming more observant, developing self-awareness and learning to recognise the information you are already receiving then deciding what to do with it.

FOUR WEEKS. PRACTICAL TOOLS. GREATER SELF-TRUST.

A relaxed, supportive environment where you can explore, practise and ask questions without judgement.
