Nurture in Nature is a gentle series of guided Forest Bathing walks for women touched by cancer, at any stage of the journey and those who support them.
You are warmly welcome, just as you are 馃尶
Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku) is a slow, evidence-informed practice that invites you to rest, reconnect, and be supported by the natural world. There is no fitness level required, no pressure to talk and no expectations to meet.
We simply walk slowly, quietly, together.
What to expect
Each walk is around 1.5 km at a gentle, unhurried pace over approximately three hours. Along the way, we pause often, with time to sit, rest, and simply be.
You鈥檒l be guided through a series of simple sensory invitations and optional creative practices, including nature journaling, to help you arrive more fully in the present moment.
We close with a quiet, Japanese-inspired tea gathering beneath the trees.
