Watch lemon cut through the sugar as Viv dances her way through the light and fluffy heavy wholesome, passion infused crumble of her life.
'The Whole Cake' is a dance theatre performance inspired by the complexity of life. It asks the questions... What does it look like, as a woman living in today's world, to have your cake and eat it too?
The audience will be served 6 different slices of cake based on 6 different cakes of this woman's life living in this time.
Venues: Please note there are 2 venues for this performance.

Cake Management - You do not have to eat the cakes but Viv requests that you do receive them. There will be biodegradable takeaway containers for you to share the cakes with your family/friends/self at home in the event that you can't possibly eat the whole cake right now.
Allergens - Cakes may contain allergens such as tree nuts, gluten & soy. All cakes will be vegan and many will be gluten free. Please make sure you notify us when booking if you have any allergies and the severity of those allergies so we can ensure your safety and enjoyment of the show. We will send out a detailed ingredients list to those who request it. If it is safe for you to do so we ask that you receive the cakes even if you don’t eat them as they are an integral part of the show. There will be takeaway containers provided for you to use to take the cakes with you for family and friends later. Sweet Bones Bakery and Cafe are making the cakes and while all precautions will be taken, the kitchen does have nuts and gluten in other dishes so cross contamination may occur.
Warnings - There is occasional swearing in the show and in one scene metal plates may drop onto the wooden floor.
Accessibility - Both venues are wheelchair accessible and have wheelchair accessible toilte facilities.
Younger Audience Members - While the show is not specifically made for children, children are welcome. The child ticket price does not include a serving of the cakes, so we ask that you share your cake with your junior human. As seating is limited, we only have 5 child tickets per performance.
If you have any questions or queries, please don't hesitate to contact Viv via email. (viviennerogis@gmail.com)
Seating Information - Seating is unreserved, but you will be sitting at tables of up to 4 so if you have friends coming and you would like to sit together let us know as you enter the performance space and Viv will do her best to seat you together.
