🎤 About Michael Vee
For more than 25 years, Michael Vee has toured Australia performing and celebrating the music of John Farnham.
Beginning with The Whispering Jack Show, followed by The Book of John, his performances have evolved into Forever Farnham, a full live concert experience featuring a seven-piece band.
Known for his remarkable vocal ability and passionate performances, Michael has earned recognition from prominent figures in Australian entertainment.
In 2015, he was selected to perform aboard the Gallipoli Cruise, where Australian music legend Daryl Braithwaite invited him onstage to perform alongside him.
His performances have also attracted praise from Dannii Minogue and former Fleetwood Mac tour manager Dennis Dunstan.
Today, Michael continues to celebrate John Farnham's extraordinary musical legacy, bringing audiences together through the songs they know and love.

🎟️ Tickets, Refunds & Departures
Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law or where a refund is expressly authorised by All Event Cruises. Refunds may be provided in exceptional circumstances, including event cancellation due to extreme weather or public health emergencies.
Departure Policy: The vessel aims to depart at the scheduled time and cannot wait for late passengers once boarding has closed and the gangway has been removed. Late arrivals and missed departures will not be refunded, except where required by law.
Cruise Duration: Advertised cruise times may include embarkation and disembarkation. All indicated times and routes may be adjusted at the discretion of All Event Cruises management and/or the vessel's Captain.
No Mid-Cruise Transfers: There are no mid-cruise passenger pickups or drop-offs.
🔞 Age Restrictions, Licensing & Security
18+ Event: All guests must present valid photographic identification.
Licensed Venue: MV Calmer operates under strict licensing and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations.
Strictly No BYO: Outside food and beverages are not permitted onboard.
Payments: Cash and card payments are accepted onboard.
Bag Policy: For safety and security reasons, bags larger than a purse or clutch are not permitted onboard. All bags are subject to inspection before boarding. Guests arriving with backpacks, large totes or other prohibited items may be refused admission without refund.
Personal Belongings: Bags and personal items must not be left unattended. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings, to the extent permitted by law.
Refusal of Entry: All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who fail to comply with venue policies, safety requirements, crew instructions or responsible service of alcohol regulations.
🪑 Seating, Footwear & Accessibility
Limited Seating: This is a concert-style cruise event, primarily designed for standing and dancing, rather than table-service or seated viewing. Vessel layouts are determined by All Event Cruises to accommodate event activities, passenger movement, dance floor space and onboard safety. Limited unreserved seating is available throughout the vessel; however, seating cannot be reserved or guaranteed. Guests must not bring their own chairs, stools or other seating onboard. Personal seating may create safety or access issues and may result in refusal of entry. Guests are encouraged to view previous event photographs on our social media pages before booking to understand the vessel layout and atmosphere. Unsuitability based on seating preferences, event format or personal requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund, except where required by law.
Footwear Policy: MV Calmer has steep stairs and marine surfaces. Tall, stiletto or pointed heels are strictly prohibited. Flat shoes or low, chunky heels are recommended.
Accessibility: MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue due to its multi-level layout, steep stairs, wharf arrangements and marine boarding access, which may vary with tidal movements. The vessel cannot accommodate wheelchairs. Ticket purchasers and attendees are responsible for assessing whether the vessel and event are suitable for their individual accessibility, mobility and personal requirements before purchasing tickets. Guests should contact All Event Cruises before booking to discuss suitability. Unsuitability based on accessibility or personal requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
🍽️ Food, Beverages & Allergens
Food & Beverages: Food and drinks are available for purchase onboard. Any advertised menu is indicative only and may change without notice.
Dietary & Allergen Notice: Our onboard kitchen operates in a shared environment and cannot be considered allergen-free. While care is taken during food preparation, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens, including gluten, due to the risk of cross-contamination. Guests with significant intolerances, severe allergies or specific dietary requirements must carefully consider whether the available food options and onboard kitchen environment are suitable for their individual needs before booking. We cannot guarantee that dietary requirements or allergies can be accommodated. Dietary or allergen-related unsuitability does not constitute grounds for a refund, except where required by law.
⛴️ Weather, Safety & Vessel Operations
Weather Conditions: Rain does not ordinarily prevent cruises from operating. MV Calmer has substantial indoor and undercover areas on the main and upper decks. Cruises remain subject to weather, maritime safety requirements and the Captain's assessment of operating conditions.
Operational Changes: All Event Cruises management and/or the vessel's Captain may adjust cruise times, routes, boarding arrangements and other operational matters where necessary for safety or operational reasons.
Safety Requirements: Guests must comply with all crew instructions, safety procedures and security directions. Unsafe, aggressive, intoxicated or inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of entry or removal from the vessel without refund, except where required by law.
📸 CCTV, Photography & Privacy
CCTV & Security Notice: For the safety, security and enjoyment of guests, crew and staff, MV Calmer is monitored by CCTV surveillance. By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge and consent to CCTV recording and applicable security procedures.
Professional Photography & Videography: Professional photography and video may be captured during the event. By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge that photography and videography may occur and consent to All Event Cruises Pty Ltd using images or footage featuring them for marketing, promotional and operational purposes without compensation, subject to applicable law.
By purchasing tickets, guests acknowledge that they have read and accepted the applicable event information, booking conditions and vessel policies. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
