Bring your friends, especially the men in your life and join us for an afternoon of food, drinks, fun and fundraising as you journey through four of Sanctuary Cove Marine Village’s dining destinations, enjoying a different experience at every stop.

With just 160 tickets available, guests will choose their starting destination when booking before journeying through the remaining venues, taking on Around the World challenges and collecting passport stamps — all while raising much-needed funds and awareness for the Be There Foundation.

The afternoon culminates at Princess Yachts Australia, where everyone will come together for the Be There Foundation finale, including drinks and mingling, fundraising, raffles and some fantastic prizes, before continuing the celebrations at The Fountain Terrace at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort.

YOUR JOURNEY

1:00pm – 2:00pm | CHECK IN

Your journey begins at Sanctuary Cove Marine Village.

Check in at the Be There Foundation Registration Desk outside Jabiru House (opposite IGA), where your ticket will be scanned and you’ll receive your event lanyard/wristband and Around the World event collateral.

Then make your way to your selected starting destination, ready for the adventure to begin at 2:00pm.

2:00pm – 2:45pm | YOUR LIGHT LUNCH EXPERIENCE

Choose where in the world your journey begins.

When purchasing your ticket, you’ll select one of four starting destinations:

Destino | Pablito’s Mexican | Native Harvest Café | George’s Paragon

Each starting venue is limited to a maximum of 40 guests, so book early if you have your heart set on a particular lunch experience.

Your first stop includes a light lunch and welcome beverage, unique to your chosen venue.

2:45pm – 5:00pm | AROUND THE WORLD

Passport ready!

From 2:45pm, your group will journey through the remaining three destinations, spending approximately 45 minutes at each.

At every stop, expect a different combination of bite-sized food, beverage tastings, interactive challenges and fundraising fun.

Complete the challenges, collect your passport stamps and experience a different flavour of Sanctuary Cove at every destination.

5:00pm | ALL ROADS LEAD TO PRINCESS YACHTS

At 5:00pm, all four groups come together at Princess Yachts Australia for the official Be There Foundation finale.

Expect drinks and mingling, the Be There Foundation presentation, fundraising, raffles and prizes.

FROM 6:00pm | KEEP THE PARTY GOING

From Princess Yachts, we’ll make our way to The Fountain Terrace at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort to continue the evening.

Here you will enjoy a welcome cocktail, light finger food, music and more mingling. Additional beverages available for purchase.

When purchasing your ticket, choose where you’d like to begin your Around the World Rolling Lunch. Each starting destination is limited to 40 guests and includes a light lunch and welcome beverage.

Don’t worry — whichever destination you choose, you’ll experience all four venues throughout the afternoon.
