Join us for this fascinating talk by artist curator Cetta Pilati on the use of mosaics in contemporary art. Learn how figurative and abstract artworks are created using tiny square-shaped tiles (tesserae) of glass, stone and ceramic. Using examples of her own and others’ work Pilati will take us through the process of how these intricate works are designed and made.
