Alt-rock pioneers Dinosaur Jr. return with There Near, their thirteenth studio record and first new album in five years. Following a massive North American run, the iconic trio of J Mascis, Lou Barlow, and Murph are heading Down Under to bring their new sonic world to life alongside a deep catalog of foundational indie-grunge classics.
Dinosaur Jr. are definitive kings of the 90s noise-rock scene, celebrated globally for their signature blend of bittersweet melodic hooks, blistering guitar leads, and a legendary wall of distortion.

PRIMARY PERFORMANCE: DINOSAUR JR. LIVE PERFORMANCE @ ICF WAREHOUSE
Tickets for this event are primarily for the Headline Artist performance in our ICF WAREHOUSE space.
Ice Cream Factory is a dynamic, multi-space precinct, and the site setup changes for every show. This means that other spaces within the venue like the ICF Outdoor or ICF Patio - and specific activations like the Silent Disco, specialty bars, tattoo parlours or pop-ups are not standard for every event. We scale the precinct to suit the artist and the energy of the night; if an area or activation isn't listed here for this specific show, it likely won't be part of the setup.
VENUE OPERATING HOURS
Please note that venue operating hours refer to the total time our bars, food, and social spaces are open. These are separate from artist performance times. Headline performances are curated by the artist’s team and may conclude prior to our final venue close time.
Venue Opens: 6:00 PM
Venue Closes: 11:00 PM
The Show vs. The Venue: Whilst Artist set times vary from show to show, our social spaces remain open pre and post-performances to allow guests time to socialise and enjoy the atmosphere until the venue close time.
INDICATIVE SET TIMES & SHOW SCHEDULE
Live music events are dynamic—travel delays, technical setups, and artist requirements mean things can change right up until the first note. Because we want you to have the most accurate info, we don't lock in set times until the day of the event.
Best Practise: We always recommend arriving early to catch the full program. Any times shared are indicative only and subject to change due to the nature of live touring and technical requirements.
Final Schedule: The best way to stay updated is to check our Instagram Stories @factorysummer from 3:00 PM on the afternoon of the show.
