Great Day Choir is a joyous, inclusive choir for people with dementia and their communities. We meet on Friday mornings from 11.15 to 12.45 and sessions are free of charge thanks to support from Inner West Council.

We sing songs suggested by choir members and lyrics booklets are made available. The songs are well-known (or easy to learn) and the emphasis is on having fun and singing along.

The sessions are generally run by Christina Mimmocchi (www.christinamimmocchi.com) with occasional substitute workshop leaders. Volunteers are also present to help with anything you might need.

After we sing , a snack of sandwiched and fruit is available which gives everyone a chance to mingle.

There is limited parking on the premises (on a "first-in" basis) and the venue and toilets are wheelchair-accessible.
