Session 4 : Balm Making

There is nothing quite like making a balm from scratch and watching it set.

In this session you'll create a herbal balm using common garden plants, plants you might already be growing (accidently or on purpose) or could easily find at a local nursery. We'll cover how to identify and prepare them, how to infuse them into oil, and how to turn that into a finished balm you can actually use. We'll talk through the plants as we go: their traditional history, what they bring to a topical preparation, and why balm-making is one of the most satisfying and practical skills in any herbal toolkit.

You'll go home with a pot of handmade balm that's entirely yours.

As usual, we will incorporate some nature craft into our day!

No experience needed. Just bring your curiosity.

Includes: all materials, take-home preparations, and access to our free community pop-up clinic running after the session.
