We’re teaming up with one of the Adelaide Hills’ much-loved wine producers for a very special Cheese After Dark with Gentle Folk.

Based in Basket Range in the Adelaide Hills, Gentle Folk is the family winery of Gareth & Rainbo Belton. What started in 2013 with just three barrels of wine has grown into a beautiful, thoughtful wine project, with the couple now farming eight hectares of vines across five sites. Their vineyards are farmed organically, with a strong focus on the land, the seasons and letting each site speak for itself.

Gareth will be joining us for the evening, sharing the stories behind the wines, the vineyards and the way they make them, making this one a little more special than your average Wednesday night.

And of course, we’ll be doing what we do best...
