NDIS Disability Day Program Cooking Class Kurri Kurri

Fri 18 Sep 6pm - 10pm

Kurri Kurri Disability Day Program, Newcastle

Cook, Connect, and Build Confidence — Every Month in Kurri Kurri

Pursue Ability's monthly Cooking Class is a fully supported NDIS day program designed for participants who want to grow their kitchen skills, enjoy great food, and connect with others in a welcoming, relaxed environment.

Every session is hands-on. Participants take part in every stage choosing the recipe, preparing ingredients, cooking the meal, and sitting down together to enjoy what they've made. Our qualified disability support workers are alongside you throughout, offering as much or as little assistance as each participant needs.

What you'll experience

A different recipe each month — from simple weekday meals to special-occasion dishes

Practical skills: meal planning, safe food handling, knife skills, kitchen safety, and clean-up

A relaxed group setting that builds friendships and confidence

A meal to share at the end of the session, or to take home

What's included

All ingredients, equipment, and recipe cards to take home

Qualified, experienced NDIS-registered support staff

A safe, accessible kitchen space in Kurri Kurri

Morning or afternoon tea, depending on session time
