Step into an evening of indulgence, where fine art, seasonal blooms and exceptional cheese meet in one of Canberra’s most elegant settings.

As part of Floriade’s Feast of Flowers, Grainger Gallery and Le Cheeserie invite you to an intimate cocktail experience amongst the Spring Salon exhibition.

The evening unfolds with sparkling wine and canapés, followed by a selection of cheese experiences: Parmesan wheel pasta, raclette, caviar and a Selected by Will Studd Grazing Station, before a final cheese inspired dessert canape.

At the heart of the evening is a special masterclass from internationally acclaimed maître fromager and food tv personality, Will Studd, whose tv series, Cheese Slices, is the world's longest-running show about cheese. A rebel with a cause, the forced burial of a container load of Roquefort after the Australian government banned raw milk cheese led Will on a crusade to try and preserve the production of traditional artisanal cheese around the world. Join Will as he shares stories, traditions and tasting notes from the world of artisan cheese.

The experience will be accompanied by live jazz by Simon's Jazz Trio.

Join us for a celebration where fine food, art, flowers, music and conversation come together, this is an experience created to be savoured.

If a particular cheese or caviar captures your attention during the evening, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase your favourites to take home and savour later.
