Celebrate the vibrant brass band community of Ōtautahi Christchurch as local ensembles take to the stage alongside the world-renowned National Band of New Zealand.

Featuring performances from Woolston Concert Brass, Rolleston Brass, and Nor’West Brass, this showcase highlights the strength and diversity of Canterbury’s band scene.

The concert culminates in a powerful massed item, as the Canterbury Youth Band joins the National Band of New Zealand onstage, bringing together around 60 musicians to create a powerful, rich soundscape and provide a memorable finale to the inaugural Resonate festival weekend.
