The Embodied Circle is a monthly 2-hour gathering designed to help you slow down, reconnect within, and cultivate greater alignment between mind, body, and spirit.
Each circle begins with a guided stillness practice to help settle the nervous system and bring awareness inward. From there, we move through gentle, mindful movement inspired by both modern neuroscience and ancient wisdom traditions, creating an opportunity to reconnect with your body, release tension, and restore a sense of flow and presence.
The grounding movement experience is followed by a thought-provoking discourse exploring a meaningful monthly theme. Drawing on science, spirituality, and lived experience, this invites deeper reflection and offers practical insights to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
More than a wellness gathering, The Embodied Circle is a space to explore the connection between mind, body, and spirit, while building a practical toolbox for everyday life. It is an invitation to reconnect with your innate wisdom, expand your awareness, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and the world around you.
Facilitated by Dr Robyn Leeder, trauma-informed neurochiropractor, energy practitioner, and guide. This is a warm and supportive space where you are invited to arrive exactly as you are:)
