We invite your little one on a magical adventure in our 9-week Chakradance™ Kids wellbeing program – The Magic Story Tree. Designed for children aged 3-6, this enchanting program blends storytelling, music, movement, and art to nurture their creativity, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.

Chakradance™ Kids is a unique play-based movement therapy woven with ancient healing traditions. Each session takes children on a journey through stories and music carefully selected to resonate with their chakras (energy centres of our body), helping to bring balance, self awareness and joy to their developing bodies and minds.

By dancing the stories and expressing themselves through art, music and movement, children feel grounded and safe, build emotional regulation of big feelings, build self-esteem, kindness and compassion, express themselves, be intuitive and feel connected to themselves and the world around them. Ultimately it builds skills to feel inner harmony—all while having an so much fun!

Whilst the classes are playfully designed for this age group, they do involve structured learning and require children to be able to follow instructions. Some 3 year olds are ready for this and some are not, so please be mindful of this.

There are several ways to complete this program. You can book in for the term or your children can come to a workshop every second week over two terms. If you're not ready to book your kids in for the whole program, you may like them to come on a casual basis. This makes it easier for families to come along whenever it suits. Children of this age naturally enjoy welcoming new friends into the group.

Drop-offs are encouraged for this program. Children get the most out of it if they come on their own without their parents. However we understand that young children, especially 3 year olds, need to have their parent or guardian with them. If that is the case parents are welcome to stay with their child and gradually work towards letting them be on their own. Parents can also sit at the back of the room or just outside.
