Australian music icon Jack Jones returns to the stage for Hits & Stories – An Intimate Concert Series, a special solo acoustic performance celebrating an extraordinary career and a catalogue of songs that have become part of the Australian musical landscape.

Stripped back, heartfelt and deeply personal, Jack performs the songs audiences know and love while sharing the stories, memories and moments behind the music.

As the unmistakable voice and guitarist of ’90s rock giants Southern Sons, Jack Jones became one of the defining voices of Australian music, delivering enduring hits including Heart in Danger, Hold Me in Your Arms, Always & Ever, You Were There, Lead Me to Water and Waiting for That Train.

With a career spanning two Platinum and eight Gold records, an APRA Award, international touring and decades of acclaimed performances, Jack’s extraordinary voice and musicianship have earned him the respect of audiences and fellow artists around the world.

Born Irwin Thomas in New York City and raised in Australia from the age of ten, Jack emerged as an exceptional guitarist while still in his teens before returning to the United States to further develop his craft. His return to Australia would ultimately lead to Southern Sons and a remarkable career that reached audiences throughout Australia, Asia, Canada and Europe.

Across the decades, Jack has performed and recorded alongside an extraordinary roll call of artists including John Farnham, Tina Arena, Guy Sebastian, Tommy Emmanuel, Rick Price, Ian Moss, Jon Stevens, Renee Geyer, Mark Seymour, Glenn Shorrock, Graham Goble, Richard Clapton, Anthony Warlow and many more.

Now, Hits & Stories brings Jack back to where the songs began, just a voice, a guitar and the stories behind a remarkable life in music.

The evening begins. Arrive early, settle in, order a cocktail and enjoy the atmosphere of The Grand Room before the show.

6:00 PM – 9:30 PM — Dinner Service

8:30 PM — JACK JONES TAKES THE STAGE

The lights go down and Jack Jones takes the stage — alone with his guitar, his songs and the stories behind them.

Experience the music of an extraordinary career in its most intimate form, including Southern Sons classics Heart in Danger, Hold Me in Your Arms, Always & Ever, You Were There, Lead Me to Water and more.

Between the songs, Jack shares the stories, memories and moments from a life spent writing, recording and performing around the world.
