Join Mel Hills for a full day of artistic exploration in the grounds of the Tasmanian Devil Unzoo. Mel will give tips and tricks to guide your drawings of native flora and fauna.
Over the last 40 years the old farming property has been nurtured back to a regenerated landscape with a native garden and restored habitats for the local wild native animals. Walk among towering eucalypts along nearly 2 km of bushland trails and expect to see some rarities as well as wonderful little native orchids. You can see Tasmanian Devils up close, plus kangaroos and an abundance of wallabies, Cape Barren geese, and native hens.
Ticket price includes discounted entry to the Tasmanian Devil Unzoo.
BYO art materials, (2B pencil, charcoal and A3 paper) or purchase an Art Kit at ticketing.
BYO lunch, tea & coffee provided.
