This event is for ladies of all ages & parenting stages.
Modern-day life is a lot. And for most of us ladies, mental health isn't something we talk about nearly enough - or at least not in a way that feels real and relatable rather than clinical and overwhelming.
So we're changing that.
We've teamed up with two incredible local teams - Evolve Wellbeing Psychology Cleveland and Look Who's Talking Birkdale - to host a really special morning tea during the September school holidays. And this one is a little different.
This won't be a formal a presentation, but more of a conversation. And best part, it includes a FREE morning tea!
Come along, grab a coffee and something to eat (thanks to our wonderful SMC Sponsors), and pull up a chair for an open, honest chat about what mental health actually looks like in real life - for us as mums, and for our kids and families too.
We'll be talking about things like:
What modern-day mental health really looks like - and why it can feel so different from person to person
Mental health across different ages and stages - for us and for our children
Setting realistic expectations for our own wellbeing (because the bar is often way too high)
Knowing when to reach out for support - and what that support can actually look like
And open chats about how we're actually doing right now...
We want it to feel like a good, honest conversation between local ladies who get it!
There'll be plenty of time to ask questions, share what's on your mind and connect with other local mums who are navigating the same stuff. No judgement or clinical jargon - just real talk in a relaxed setting.
And if you'd like a little more time with either of the team afterwards, they're both offering a complimentary 10-15 minute discovery call - just a chance to ask a few extra questions or find out what support might be available for you or your family.

Here's what we do to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible at Social Mums Club Events…
We tend to keep our events small - so you don't have to walk into a big group
We have really clear signage, and the host wears a bright pink t-shirt so you can easily spot us - you don't have to worry that you might be in the wrong place or with the wrong group
Our events are never cliquey - the ladies at the event are usually meeting for the very first time, so you will not be the only person who doesn't know anyone
You can come early - we know the hardest part about turning up to an event is walking in. We invite anyone who is anxious to reach out to the host and turn up 15 minutes early so you are the first one there. You can sit next to the host too.
We ensure you feel included - another fear is that nobody will talk to you or you'll feel awkward or different. Our hosts are experts at making every attendee feel welcome and included. You will feel at ease with us.
