We're doing a Cake & Sip, so you'll get your own cake to decorate while we drink, laugh, get a little yeehaw and probably discover that some of us should absolutely stick to mortgages instead of cake decorating.

Expect a fun night of good company, BYO drinks, cake decorating, laughs and a few sweet surprises along the way. It’s the perfect chance to kick back, celebrate the year that was, and enjoy some well-earned festive cheer.

But, of course, we're doing it for something bigger too.

Both events are raising money for the Jodi Lee Foundation, our 2026 charity partner.

We've been raising money for them all year, including donating $50 from Lending Solved's commission for every home loan we settle, and we want to finish the year BIG.

So we're filling two rooms with clients, friends, family, our team and anyone else who wants to come have a bloody good time with us.
