The CIVic Experience

Is an opportunity to step away from everyday life, allowing insight, learning and connection to unfold naturally.

Over three days participants will have the opportunity to:

· Experience Family and Organisational Constellation work

· Explore relational patterns and systemic dynamics that cause blocks

· Discover healthy new perspectives and possibilities

· Learn through participation, observation and reflection

· Share the experience within a small supportive group

Venue: Commonground, is set on 95 acres of beautifully regenerated bushland, just over one hour's drive or train ride north of Melbourne and 15 minutes from Seymour by car.

The tranquil bush setting and sustainable design create a serene and nurturing feel, perfect for constellation work.

Cost: $1,575 (incl Humanitix booking fee)

Inclusions:

· Three days of facilitated constellation work

· Three nights' shared accommodation at the venue*

· All meals incl morning and afternoon tea**

*All accommodation is shared. Let us know if they are attending with others and wish to share a room. Onsite camping facilities also available for a tent/ caravan/camper van.

Private accommodation at own cost available nearby in Seymour for those who prefer.

**Individual dietary requirements can be accommodated

Program:

Day 1: Arrival and registration welcome from 1pm. Opening circle at 2.00pm followed by constellation work until 5.00pm

Days 2 & 3: The deepest days of constellation work and exploration from 8.30am - 5.00pm

Day 4: Morning constellation session and closing circle. Retreat finishes at 1.00pm

7.00am-8.30am Breakfast

8.30am-10.30am Opening circle and Constellation work

10.30am-11.00am Morning tea

11.00am-1.00pm Constellation work

1.00pm-2.30pm Lunch & Free Time***

2.30pm-5.00pm Constellations and experiential exercises incl short break for afternoon tea

Evenings - Dinner together and free time with optional evening activities

***Bush walking, swimming at the dam, being in nature, journaling/rest
