YOQI® Seasonal Qi Gong Workshop for Spring

Sun 27 Sep 9am - 1pm

View Terrace, Perth

Spring is the season of renewal, as Yang rises and life awakens within.Governed by the Wood element and the spirit Hun( vision and direction), this is a time to encourage smooth flow, support growth, and align your energy with the natural expansion of life.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Liver and Gallbladder meridians are most active during this season, guiding the smooth flow of Qi and blood throughout the body. As Qi rises, emotions such as frustration or anger can surface, making it essential to regulate the Liver and keep energy flowing freely. The Liver is one of the most important organs for detoxification-physically, energetically and emotionally-and when it's Qi flows smoothly, we experience clarity, creativity, and a sense of direction.

In this live 3.5 hour workshop Sara will guide you through Qi Gong flow practices, breath work, and meridian based techniques to support Liver detoxification, Qi flow and harmonise the upward movement of Spring energy. You'll learn how to work directly with the Liver and Gallbladder meridians incorporating daily Qigong practices to clear stagnation, move Qi and nourish the body's natural detoxification processes. Through flowing spirals and dynamic dragon forms, you'll transform emotional intensity into kindness, cultivate vision with grounded action, and align with the rhythm of growth without force. Rooted in the Buddhist principle of Impermanence -effortless effort-you'll discover how growth requires letting go and flowing with the spirals of the universe.

In this workshop, you'll learn practices to:
